We strive to provide you with a secured place to purchase R/C products and enjoy your hobby, however, we need your cooperation in working with us on protecting your credit card purchases. You may need to submit additional forms to verif

Orders within the United States

PURCHASE ORDER FORM REQUIREMENT CONDITIONS

You will need to fill out and sign our purchase order form and then send it back to us
if on your very first purchase:

  • Your shipping address is different from your credit card billing address

The purchase order form will no longer be necessary on your subsequent orders once we've verified your account.

HOW TO SUBMIT A PURCHASE ORDER FORM

Follow these simple steps to submit a purchase order form:

  1. Download the purchase order form. Right-click on the "Purchase Order Form" link below. Select "Save Target As". Save the file in a folder that you can easily find.
  2. Find the "DomesticPurchaseOrderForm.pdf" file you just downloaded and print it out.
  3. Fill the form out. Do not forget to sign your name as indicated on the bottom. A sample can be viewed here.
  4. Submit your filled out purchase order form. You can do this by:
  • Faxing it over to 1-408-451-1156 OR
  • Scan it and send it to sales@heli-world.com

International Orders

WHAT SECURITY FORMS ARE REQUIRED?

  • Purchase Order Form.
  • Photocopy of the front and back of your credit card.
  • Photocopy of an ID for identification. Photo ID must show your photo and your name clearly. A photocopy of your passport showing these details is recommended.

WHEN ARE THE SECURITY FORMS REQUIRED?

The above security forms are required if one of the following applies

  • Paying by credit card and it is your first purchase with Heli-World.
  • Paying by credit card and you are using a new credit card on succeeding purchases.

Note: The security forms are no longer required on succeeding orders after successfully processing the first order and as long as you use the same credit card.
