International Paypal Orders

Placing Your Order

Placing an international order with Helicopter World using PayPal is easy. You can either:
   a. Call us toll free at 1-800-686-8588
   b. Order through fax by filling out our Purchase Order form and faxing it to 408-451-1156
   c. E-mail us your order to paypal@heli-world.com
   d. Build a wish list on our site and send the saved cart to us

Duties/Taxes, Brokerage Fees, and/or Import Fees

International customers will be responsible for duties/taxes, brokerage fees, and any other import fees imposed on their order.

PayPal "Unconfirmed" Addresses

It is recommended to have your shipping address changed to a "confirmed" address to expedite your order. Contact PayPal or see their website for information on how to do this.

International Paypal Orders through the Phone, Fax, or via E-mail

Let us know:
   a. The products you want and how many of each you need
   b. Your PayPal verified shipping address
   b. Your preferred shipping method
   d. The E-mail address to send the final invoice in Paypal.

Once your order is ready, we'll send you the final invoice which you can then pay at your convenience through Paypal.

International Orders by Building a Wish List and Sending the Saved Cart

Step 1: Click on "Customer Log In" link at the upper right corner of any page in Heli-World. If you are an exisiting customer, login to your account. If you are a new customer, please create an account to access the Wish List and Save Cart feature. You will be automatically logged in once you create an account.

Step 2: Search for the products that you need. To add items on your Wish List/Saved Cart, Go on to the products detail page and click on the "Add to Saved Cart" button (do not use the "Add to Cart" button).
Adding an item to your saved cart will automatically bring you to your Wish List.

Step 3: When you have added all the items you need, Click on the "Email to Friend" button on the "My Wish List" page.

Step 4: Fill out the "My Wish List" page as shown below and click the "Send" button.

A confirmation message will then show to let you know that your Wish List/Saved Cart has been sent.

Step 5: Heli-World will then create a final invoice for you and send it to your PayPal account. This may take up to 2 business days depending on the availability of the products and the size of your order. Pay through Paypal at your convenience. Your order will be sent out upon payment.

Please do not delete or edit your Wish List after sending it to us to avoid any delay. We may need to get additional information on your built Wish List.

It may seem quite complicated to place an international order with us but we do this to be able to provide your the cheapest possible shipping cost for your order. We research the international shipping costs directly from our shipping systems which provide us additional discounts and we would like to pass that savings on to you.
