| Placing Your First Order |
Placing an order with Helicopter World is easy. There's no need to create an account until you're ready to actually place your first order online.
You can place orders through our online store or you can call us toll free at 1-800-686-8588.
You can also place an order through fax by filling out our
Purchase Order form
and faxing it to 408-451-1156. Please take note that orders placed over the phone or through fax do not qualify for free shipping.

| Finding Items |
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order.
Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. We also have an Advanced Search Page where you
can do custom searches. When you find an item that interests you, click the code or the "more info" line to see its
product information page. Here you will find more information about the item.

| Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart |
If you want to order an item from Helicopter World,
click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product information page.
Once you've added an item to your shopping cart,
you can increase the quantity you want to order on the Shopping Cart / Order Summary page by typing in the new number and clicking the "Update Quantity" button.
Please be informed that some items may ship in 2 to 5 days.
You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart,
at any time by clicking the "View Cart" link at the top of every page of our Web site.

| Proceed to Checkout |
When you are done adding items to you cart, click on the "CHECKOUT" link at the left hand side of the page.
On the screen that follows (Order Summary page), please take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart.
If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click on the Remove button.
When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart, click the "Checkout" button.
You will be taken to the Helicopter World account screen.
Sign in to your account if you are an existing customer of ours. For existing customers who have an account on the old site,
please create a new account for our new site. There are many features will be made available for you when you create an account with us like
your order history and wish list / saved cart.

| Shipping Address |
Once you're signed in, you will be taken to the page were you can specify your shipping address. If you already purchased on our new site,
you may use your previous shipping adresses by selecting it "...From Address Book:" drop down list. If your shipping address is different
from the billing address of the card you want to use, uncheck the "Use Same For Billing Address". Click continue when you're done specifying
your shipping address.

| Select a Shipping Method |
As a service to our customers, we offer FREE shipping on orders that are valued at $49.95
or more and are placed through our online web-store. Click here to read our
Free Shipping Policy. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the "FREE SHIPPING" option will
be available for selection under the Shipping Carrier on the Shipment Summary page. You must
select this option and the "FREE GROUND" carrier method if you want to avail of the free shipping for your items.
If you select any other option other than "FREE SHIPPING", you will be charged for the shipping method you have chosen.
If the "FREE SHIPPING" option is not available when you select the your shipping carrier, your order
does not qualify for free shipping. You may check out our Free Shipping Policy for possible reasons.
Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Delivery
For customers who want faster delivery service, please call us at 1-800-686-8588 to change your shipping option
before 2pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) to upgrade your delivery service.

| Billing Address |
If you're shipping and billing address are the same and you left the "Use Same for Billing Address" checked on the shipping address page,
you will be taken directly to the Order Verification page. For those who have shipping and billing address different, you will be taken to
billing address page. If you already purchased on our new site,
you may use your previous billing adresses by selecting it "...From Address Book:" drop down list. Click continue when you're done specifying
your billing address.

| Order Verification |
All online orders are verified by our team of experts. You will be contacted if any discrepancy
is found to ensure complete and accurate shipment of your product purchase.

| Method of Payment |
Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can enter your credit card information
(type, number, expiration, secuity code) on the Payment Information page, which shows after the Shipment Summary page.
If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. For Visa, Mastercard and Discover, the security code is the three digit number
at the back of your credit card. For American Express, your security code is the four digit number at the front of your card.
Wire Transfer or Money Order
You can also pay by wire transfer or US-drawn money order but this payment option is not available
online. You must call in your order if you would want to pay by wire transfer or money order.
There is a $10.00 service fee for domestic wire transfer.

International Orders
For orders $500 or less, we accept credit card payment. Please make photo copies of both
front and back of your credit card and your most current statement. Then fax them to us at +1 (408) 451-1156.
For orders over $500 we require a wire transfer. All orders paid through wire transfer will require an additional wire transfer fee of $35.
International customers will be responsible for duties/taxes, brokerage fees, and any other
import fees imposed on their order.

| Review and Submit Your Order |
Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. All orders are final so kindly make any necessary adjustments.

| Tracking Your Order |
If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed before it enters
the shipping process, please call us at (408) 451-1155. You will be able to change your mind about the
particulars of your order if the order has not yet been shipped. If your order was shipped via UPS and
you provided an e-mail address with your order, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
You can keep track of all of your past orders online by clicking on "My Account" link at the
bottom of every page of our website.
