Shipping Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00PM PST generally ship on the same day of placement if all items are in stock. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via phone. If we cannot reach you via phone, we will send you an e-mail. We cannot be held responsible if your e-mail automatically blocks our e-mail attempt to contact you or if we cannot reach you by phone. In the event we are unable to contact you, we will hold your order until you respond. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery. If in the event the shipping courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS) has delayed a shipment due to mechanical or electronic problems, scheduling, or acts of God, Helicopter World or Century cannot be held responsible for such delays.

Free Shipping

As a service to our customers, we offer FREE shipping, with certain restrictions, on orders that are valued at $49.95 or more AND are placed through our online web-store. Orders that qualify for our FREE SHIPPING are sent by a shipping carrier (FEDEX/UPS/DHL) of our choice within the continental USA (48 states). UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, & UPS 3 Day Select
Fedex Standard Overnight, 2 day, & 3 day
DHL Next Day, & 2nd Day air

For customers who want faster delivery service, please call us at 1-800-686-8588 to change your shipping option before 2pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) to upgrade your delivery service. DHL Next Day, DHL 2nd Day Air and Fedex 3 day are not available online. You will have to call in or fax us your order for DHL 2nd Day Air shipping or Fedex 3 day.

Fedex / DHL / UPS Ground Shipping

Ground shipping will take approximately up to 5 business days to ship to you. DHL Ground Shipping is not available online. You will have to call in or fax us your order for DHL Ground Shipping.

USPS Priority / USPS Express Mail

USPS Priority will take approximately 3-5 Days to ship to you.

Global Express Mail (EMS) / Global Priority Mail (GPM)
Bax Global Door-to-Door / Bax Global Door-to-Airport

We also offer these shipping options for international orders. There are restrictions to these services so contact us for more information. Orders shipped internationally are assessed for duties/taxes, brokerage fee, and other applicable import fees. Customers will be responsible for payment of these fees.

Handling Fee

A $3.50 handling fee will be applied to all orders that do not qualify for FREE SHIPPING. This amount will automatically be included on your Shipping fee.

Damaged Shipments:

If you received a shipment damaged due to handling by the shipping courier, please contact the respective shipping carrier prior to contacting Helicopter World. You will need to file a claim with the shipping courier at which time, they will schedule a time to inspect the package.
